Business Operations Coordinator
We're looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to be the person who makes sure the important things across the company actually get done. This is a broad, cross-functional role.
Twine builds AI Digital Employees who help cyber teams close the execution gap. Our first AI Digital Employee, Alex, learns, understands and takes away the burden of Identity and Access Management (IAM) tasks - proactively completing the organization's cyber objectives.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to be the person who makes sure the important things across the company actually get done. This is a broad, cross-functional role.
What You’ll Do:
- You'll own follow-up and accountability across the company.
- Coordinate legal and agreement operations.
- Build reports and dashboards (with AI doing a lot of the heavy lifting).
- Run cross-functional projects.
- Support planning and light finance operations.
- You drive things to completion - you don't just track status.
Requirements:
- Have 2-5 years in business operations, legal operations, or startup operations.
- Own execution - you chase deadlines, escalate blockers, and get things across the line.
- Are analytical and comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and data.
- Use AI tools, or are eager to learn.
- Are fluent in Hebrew and English.
- Are direct, organized, discreet, and calm under pressure.
